1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)

Because our products are custom‑made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item at no additional cost if the claim is approved

3. Non‑Returnable Items

Custom apparel
Items with personalized names, images, or designs
Items damaged by the customer
Wrong size orders (please check size charts carefully)

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
